Austin Racing exhaust nets 199bhp from BMW!

1 of 1

Austin Racing’s new exhaust system for the BMW S1000RR is claimed to take the German superbike’s power up to 199bhp - that’s 6bhp more than an equivalent system from the firm’s eastern European rivals.

It retains the stock BMW headers (thus keeping the four balancer pipes and valves), and is currently being run by Joe Burns in British Superstock.

The exhaust, depending on material, costs £575-£675, and link pipes cost from £399-£539.
