Bennetts celebrated its 80th birthday last year by running the £80,000 Biking Dreams competition. Bennetts linked up with Aprilia World Superbike rider Leon Camier, at the season finale in Magny-Cours, to fulfil the once-in-a-lifetime dream of a lucky competition winner.

24-year-old Martin Bradley from Doncaster, applied to the 80th anniversary campaign by Bennetts to fulfil £80,000 worth of Biking Dreams, wanting to spend a day in the pits of a top race team, seeing how the best of the best complete the set-up of the bikes, and the ‘best-of-the best’ is what he got. Not only did Bennetts arrange for Martin and his guest Leah to spend race day with Camier, but they were also in the Aprilia garage as his team wrapped up the World Superbike Championship and the final victory of the season.

Martin and Leah’s dream day was complete as they were treated to the full VIP experience which included behind-the-scenes garage tours, team clothing and access to Aprilia hospitality throughout the day.

“I really can’t thank Bennetts, Leon and his team enough for the fantastic time we both had,” said Martin. “The best part of the whole experience had to be getting to sit on Leon’s race bike whilst he talked me through all the intricate details.”
