RIDE Videogame Release Date Announced

1 of 6

The RIDE videogame, from the developers of the recent MotoGP and SBK titles, has been set for a worldwide release on March 20th this year.

The game which features over 100 bikes from the majority of major manufacturers has been teased online over recent months but has now been officially confirmed as being available for the Xbox 360, Xbox One, Windows PC, Steam, PlayStation®3 and the PlayStation®4.

Promising all of the major metal from across four categories: Superbikes, Supersports, Naked and Historical Bikes, this is perhaps the game that could come closest to matching the promise that has been missing for motorcycling enthusiasts since 2006, when Tourist Trophy, built by the developers of GranTurismo – was released for the PS2.

No announcement has yet been made as to the roads and tracks that will feature in the game, but city courses as well as historic venues have all been promised.

MCN will be the only motorcycling publication at the official first play event towards the end of February, so you’ll be the first to know if the digital world can compare in any way to the real thing.
