Forget about 1000cc sports bikes sending 200bhp to the back wheel, if you really want to have some fun on the roads without worrying about losing your licence, the new crop of 300cc sports bikes is where it’s at.

The CBR300R might lack the power of the Kawasaki Ninja 300 and Yamaha R3 but it more than makes up for it with a good spread of torque. This example looks in good nick, having covered only a few miles and comes with crash protection and a Datatool S4 alarm.
