1 of 4

In 1926, Frank and Alice Fowler opened a small corner shop in the heart of Bristol and were joined a year later by their eldest son, Harry, then just 14 years of age. Nine decades later, on Sunday July 17, Fowlers Motorcycles will be throwing a party for all their customers and friends at their massive Bristol premises.

On the day there will be bargains and freebies galore, star guests – including Peter Hickman and Dan Linfoot – race trucks and classic bikes, as well as all the latest models from Aprilia, Gilera, Honda, KTM, Moto Guzzi, Piaggio, Suzuki, Triumph, Vespa and Yamaha, and hundreds of pre-owned bikes to tempt you away from your savings.

If you feel like a break, visit Harry’s Café, perched up high on the top floor overlooking the bikes on display and the extensive clothing and accessories shop.

Valentino Rossi’s race suit will be on display courtesy of Dainese, and Shoei and Arai helmets will both be on site to assist with your queries and service your helmet. WD-40 will also be offering riders a free chain lube service and Fowlers’ own technicians will be carrying out free ‘health checks’ on your bike and offering advice on routine maintenance.

The free event starts at 10:30am on Sunday July 17, and finishes at 4:30pm. For more info head to the Fowlers website, where you can also browse all the latest bike stock and offers.
