Crosstourer World Meeting this weekend
This weekend will see the first ever Crosstourer World Meeting, which will take place in Oswestry on the Welsh border on Saturday April 14.
Honda’s V4-powered adventure bike has a surprisingly large number of fans in the UK and members of a website dedicated to the model have decided to organise a ‘world meeting’ to celebrate their bikes.
- MotoGP: Crutchlow wins amid Argentinian chaos
- MotoGP: Rossi: 'Marquez has destroyed our sport'
- Twenty years of Yamaha YZF-R1 glory is waiting for you to discover
- Take the scenic route to the Carole Nash MCN Festival Of Motorcycling
The plan is for all the bikes to gather at 10am at the Premier Inn car park in Oswestry on Saturday before splitting into several groups for a rideout that will be either a short 165-miles or a longer 230-mile route.
The groups will then gather in Crossgates, Powys, for a lunch together (accompanied, presumably, by lots of talk about the various benefits and disadvantages of the DCT system…) before heading back to Oswestry.
