Chris ‘Stalker’ Walker

Chris ‘Stalker’ Walker

Fan favourite Chris ‘Stalker’ Walker almost needs no introduction, as a former 500cc Grand Prix racer, and BSB and World Superbike race winner. But he’s most famous for the tantalising 2000 BSB title fight with Neil Hodgson.

Walker finished runner-up in one of the most intense title fights ever after his engine expired in the final race of the season. Twenty-five years later, the age-old rivalry will reignite as the pair go head-to-head again at the Devitt Insurance MCN London Motorcycle Show!

Neil Hodgson

Starting in motocross, Hodgson soon switched to tarmac and in 1992, was crowned 125cc British Champion. The world stage followed, with two 500cc GP wild cards qualifying on the front row alongside Mick Doohan aged just 21!

Hodgson was victorious in the epic 2000 British Superbike title battle against bitter rival Chris Walker, clinching it at the final round at Donington Park. Hodgson then went on to win the 2003 WorldSBK Championship which secured a move to MotoGP, where he continues to work as a TNT Sports pundit and commentator.

John McGuinness MBE

John McGuinness MBE

From becoming 250cc British Champion, to winning Daytona 200, racing in World Supersport and riding in the same 500cc British Grand Prix where Valentino Rossi took his very first premier class victory, John McGuinness has done it all.

McGuinness is most famous for his Isle of Man TT heroics, with 111 TT starts, 23 wins and 47 podiums and counting to his name. In 2021, he was rightly awarded an MBE for his services to motorcycling.

Can the 52-year-old factory Honda rider claim another victory at the MCN London Show?

Peter Hickman

Peter Hickman

Talking of TT stars, the fastest man ever around the island Peter Hickman will join in the flat track fun. Hickman became the fastest newcomer in his debut year in 2014 and took his first TT win in 2018. Then in 2023, he set the outright lap record with a mind-blowing 136.358mph!

Hickman’s not just a roads specialist, he’s been a stalwart of British Superbikes securing race wins and multiple podiums.
