GSX-R dyno shootout

Published: 18 August 2004

Updated: 19 November 2014

Our three long term test GSX-Rs went head to head on the dyno at Crescent Suzuki's open weekend (Aug 21-22).

There's no prizes for guessing which made the most power our of our 1000, 750 and 600.

Our 1000 is currently standard, the 750 has an Akrapovic end can (which we ran without baffle) and the 600 has an Arrow end can (ran without baffle), power commander and DNA airfilter.

Check out the two power and torque curves, right, for the full results.

If you want to discuss these bikes with any of their keepers, click on the relevant bike listed on the main Long Term Test page.
