Bandit 650 launch

Suzuki’s new Bandit 650 looks remarkably like the model it replaces, but it’s reworked from the ground up.

There’s a new chassis, swingarm, suspension and engine.

This latest motor is now liquid-cooled, fuel-injected and is up on power and torque over the old K6/K5 model.

Suzuki is aiming the bike at the new rider market and first impressions from its launch in Newquay yesterday (March 28, 2007) are that the bike is exceptionally easy to ride by being smoother and more refined than the old model.
