After all the hype around the official reveal of the new Yamaha R1 and R1M at the Milan Show in November 2014, the bikes have finally been ridden.
MCN Senior Road Tester Michael Neeves was the lucky one tasked with riding both the £14,999 R1 and more track-focussed £18,499 R1M at the official press launch in Australia.
