First ride incoming: Aprilia's new RSV4 gives you wings

We’re riding Aprilia’s new RSV4 RF FW at Mugello on Tuesday. Revealed at the EICMA show last year the road-going ‘Factory Works’ is lighter and more powerful than its RR and RF (Factory) stable mates.

The 215bhp V4 motor has new pistons, cylinder head, ECU tweaks, an Akrapovic exhaust, a lighter fuel tank, more carbon fibre…and MotoGP-style wings. Like the RF it also comes with a full suite of electronic rider aids, Ohlins suspension, lightweight wheels and Brembos.
