Sportcity gets 250cc

Aprilia has now given the Sportcity scooter a boost with 250cc, fuel injection and bigger wheels for better handling.

The Sportcity i.e. benefits from better acceleration and a higher top speed, as well as becoming more environmentally friendly, while stopping is improved by a new triple disc braking system. There are also two rear shocks with adjustable preload.

With 15 inch wheels and large, high profile tyres (120/70 at the front and 130/80 at the rear) the handling should be more reassuring than most scooters, which will handle the 22.5Hp power. And a nine litre tanjk should provide a reasonable range.
