If there’s ever a bike to drag you away from a sports bike this could be it.
It started life as a humble Ducati Multistrada 1000 but it’s been pared down to the bone, is super lightweight, agile, easy to ride and big fun.
Some say Ducati themselves are going to build something similar and if it’s half as good as this then we’re in for a treat.
As it stands this is just a prototype so there are no guides as far as pricing goes, but something of this nature should be in the dealerships in 2008 if Ducati decide to go ahead with production.
Senior road tester Michael Neeves has been out in Cologne, Germany to give his official verdict.
