Victory Cross Roads: available in UK summer 2010

1 of 1

Victory has confirmed it will sell the Cross Roads touring-cruiser in the UK next year – but it won’t be on sale until at least the middle of the year.

Initially Victory didn’t include the Cross Roads as part of the 2010 model line-up – but it has now announced the bikes will be available as a late addition to the line-up.

The delay is down to getting type approval for the individual models – for the first time Victory has gained approval for the rest of its model rather than submitting each bike sold to single vehicle approval, but the Cross models were completed too late to get the approval in time for the start of the 2010 model year.

The Cross Roads owes much of its design to the Vision grand tourer (which has won it’s second MCN award in a row ) sharing a sand-cast aluminium frame and the 106 cubic-inch (1700cc) 92bhp v-twin.

Built-in panniers and a huge double seat is fitted, and the Cross Roads is equipped as standard with a tall touring screen. Price and exact delivery date is yet to be confirmed.
