Royal Enfield and Icon reveal limited-edition Shotgun 650 model with only 100 available worldwide

Royal Enfield have joined forces with US-based Icon Motosports to create a limited-edition Shotgun 650, set to launch via an exclusive online drop on February 12, 2025.

Priced at £7399 in the UK, just 100 units will be available worldwide, with only 25 destined for Europe.

The bike takes inspiration from Icon’s ‘Always Something’ custom build, first revealed at the Eicma trade show in 2024, and features a three-tone race-inspired paint job, gold contrast-cut rims, blue rear shock springs, a red seat with integrated branding, and bar-end mirrors to complete the look.

Adrian Sellers, Head of Custom & Motorsport at Royal Enfield, said: “Our collaboration with Icon Motosports for the Limited-Edition Shotgun 650 exemplifies the custom possibilities of the Shotgun 650, celebrating the artistry and passion of custom building while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with Royal Enfield motorcycles.”

Spec wise, underneath its custom-inspired bodywork, the limited Shotgun remains mechanically identical to the standard model, retaining the 648cc air/oil-cooled parallel twin producing 46.8bhp at 7250rpm and 39lb.ft at 5650rpm.

The chassis, Showa suspension, and braking setup also remain unchanged, with the bike tipping the scales at 240kg fully fuelled.
