Sunwise Montreal sunglasses

What’s good? Tinted visors are fine for the summer but this time of year it seems every journey requires a clear alternative to be stuffed in the tank bag.

I need a heavy (and illegal) tint for riding into a setting sun but having to stop and swap over at sunset is a pain.

Sunglasses make sense as you can whip them off at a set of traffic lights and stuff them into a pocket.

The Sunwise Montreals have flat flexible arms that slide easily into any crash helmet and come with three pairs of easily interchangeable tinted lenses ranging from light yellow to heavy smoke tint.

I’ve worn the Montreals with both open and full-face helmets and the wrap around style is close enough to prevent eye watering with the open face but not so bulky that they interfere with the fit of a full face.

Spectacle wearers can clip in an optional adaptor that takes prescription lenses.

What’s not? With the prescription adaptor fitted small children will call you six eyes.
