Product Review: Shark Helmet racing bag (£39.99)
What’s good about the Shark helmet racing bag?
This is a simple and easy way to keep your helmet safe, secure and in one place with your spare visors. It easily accommodates a full-face lid with room to spare. The soft lining protects against scratches and scrapes, which can happen all too easily during transportation. There’s a firm bottom with small rubber sections to prevent the lid sliding around either in the back of the van or when accidentally left on the fuel tank. There’s an additional visor compartment inside, which is big enough for two spare visors and a small compartment at the rear will take a mobile phone and spare earplugs. I’ve used this helmet bag for five years and still looks like new. It comes in useful at race meetings and trackdays when I’m always worried about my lid getting damaged whilst in transportation.
And what’s not?
I’d like a little more storage and it would be perfect if the base had an additional slide-in compartment for an iPad or laptop.
