What is there to say about the Honda CBR1000RR that hasn’t been said before? The FireBlade started life as a 900cc machine that used lightness rather than power to achieve performance.
The formula worked and the Honda CBR900RR FireBlade blew away its competition and changed the way all manufacturers went about building sportsbikes.
The FireBlade has been at or near the top of the tree ever since, facing challengers like the Suzuki GSX-R1000, Kawasaki ZX-10R, Aprilia RSV1000 Mille, Yamaha R1 and BMW S1000RR.
This 04/05 model registered in 2006 was the first version to get a litre engine. With 169bhp on tap and new radial brakes it was more than enough for the road and a weapon on the track.
What the seller says
"This 2007, Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade is in great condition with just 21,930 miles on the clock. It would make an ideal track or second bike.
"The bike comes in red and has had two previous owners. It has just had a recent pair of tyres and is fitted with headlight protectors, tail tidy and tinted screen, handbook and both keys. The MOT expires in July 2019."
