The Honda MSX125 or Grom, as it is affectionately known, is small, makes just 9.6bhp and only has four gears. It’s also brilliant and has captured hearts around the world.

It’s difficult to categorise the MSX125, it’s too small to be a serious 125 and too big to be a pit bike or mini moto. And it’s surprising that a straight-laced manufacturer like Honda would make it at all.
Thankfully, they do. The little Grom is incredibly good fun to thrash around town, and its undeniable charisma has led to a performance enhancement subculture springing up.
Honda claim an economy figure of 185mpg, which equals a whole load of smiles per tank. If you’re looking for a commuter, there’s more comfortable, cheaper and more fuel efficient 125s out there. But few will leave you with the same grin as a Grom.

The Potteries Motorcycles and Scooters say: "The brilliant, fun, little Honda MSX125 is a learner-legal gem. It would be the perfect bike to put in the back of a motorhome or for someone who needs a low seat.
"Weighing just a lick over 100kg in weight, they are very easy to use and with almost 10bhp, offer decent performance from the four-stroke, air cooled engine.
"This bike hasn't been used as a commuter, just for fun, and is in excellent condition. It comes with two keys."
