The most accurate bike racing simulation of the TT ever is being promised by games maker Jester Interactive.

It is being developed for the PlayStation 2 and will include every bump and ripple of the 37.73 mile circuit.

The project has been sanctioned by the Isle of Man government and the ACU. Jester’s marketing director, Clark Evans said: ” We’ve wanted to do a TT game for some time but it’s only now that PlayStation 2 is available that we have a console powerful enough to handle the masses of information needed to recreate the TT course. ”

Jester says it will work with the Ordinance Survey to ensure every topographical feature is correct. The game detail will be so precise that even changes in road surface with be faithfully replicated. It is due for release in 2003.
