Pichon bangs in win number four in Italy
Defending 250 champion Mickael Pichon took his fourth win of the season in the Italian Grand Prix and extended his lead over second place man Josh Coppins to 17 points.
Pichon criticised the Castiglione de Lago circuit as " more like a road-race track " , but that didn’t stop him and his Suzuki from dominating the race.
Early clashes with KTM’s Jamie Dobb looked to have let early leader Pit Beirer get away, but Pichon maintained his composure to reel Beirer in. Coppins to his Honda to secind while Beirer hung on to third spot.
