Sendo launch 2005 team

The Sendo Superbikes team held it’s official launch in the glamourous setting of Cannes with riders Steve Plater and Jon Kirkham.

The launch marks the second consecutive year of the partnership between Sendo and the Diena Performance Racing team.

“This year, Sendo has signifcantly advanced its involvement and will be focusing our efforts on leveraging the Sendo Superbikes team globally.” said Sendo’s Kevin Lawless. “Together with Kawasaki, Dienza Performance, and our two top riders, we are poised, we are poised for success and have our sights set on winning more on and off the track.”

The team will use Kawasaki ZX-10R machines in the 2005 season, which starts on March 28 at Brands Htach in Kent. Last year the team fielded Dean Thomas on a Ducati, but for 2005 they have signed Steve Plater and young star Jon Kirkham.
