Bou leads World Trials

Spaniard Antonio Bou won Sunday’s World Indoor Trial at the Sant Jordi Stadium, Barcelona and now leads the series by six points. Montesa rider Bou set a fierce pace in the qualifiers dropping just eight marks from Montesa HRC’s Takahashi Fujinami who dropped 10 with Beta rider Spaniard Jeroni Fajardo on 12. Bou easily beat Fujinami and Fajardo in the final.  

Brit Dougie Lampkin failed to make the cut, qualifying fourth overall, dropping a massive 22 marks on the way. The Montesa HRC riders is now fifth in the championship.
