Making MotoGP better for everybody

Surely the answer to some of the problems surrounding tyre life and Rossi saying the laps should be reduced in number in MotoGP would be to have two races per meeting? This would give us spectators better value for money and if BSB and WSB run this system then why doesn’t MotoGP?
