Cock o' The North disappointment

We have just been to the cock o’ the north meeting at Scarborough and what a dissappointment.

To pay £59 for the weekend entry and a programme and for only 1 top rider to turn up and win everything but 1 race and 6 sidecars to turn up and only 4 in the last race. All races were a procession.

Guy Martin was entered on the programme but in MCN was going to goodwood so they knew he wasn’t going to turn up. Our views were felt by a number of people at the race and no wonder why people never turned up.

If there is no attraction people won’t pay that sort of money for nothing. Our weekend cost us £300, we have gone to scarborough for many years but it will now come to an end.
