Classic racer Clive Ling has died following an incident at the Chimay Circuit in Belgium. He was 53.

Clive was a renowned classic racer, a regular front-runner with the Classic Racing Motorcycle Club (CRMC) and a popular rider at Goodwood, finishing third at the Revival meeting in 2014 with MCN’s Adam Child (pictured left).

"Clive was my team-mate in 2014. He was a genuine, kind gentleman, who was deceptively quick. For a softly spoken man, he was hugely popular and will be sadly missed," Child said.

MCN joins the wider racing community in sending our deepest condolences to Clive’s wife Donna, their family and friends.
