Aztec GP race team robbed

Aztec GP development and preparation was delivered a blow overnight on Friday, when thieves struck, breaking in to the workshop at Turweston.

The team told MCN; “It would appear that part of the wall into the Dyno room was torn down gaining entry and damaging the Dyno in the process.

“For those people who have seen us in BSB, you will have seen the level of tools and equipment we carry. Items taken include two complete sets of Mac tools, with chests, TIG welding and gas welding equipment, compressors and a Honda generator. Particularly annoying are the “special tools” which were in the chests, as these are unique to the team.”
