James Ellison will also be in attendance on Saturday, with the GBmoto rider unveileing the team’s new JG Speedfit Kawasaki colours on the manufacturer’s stand.

Visiting racers will be taking part in signing sessions on their respective manufacturer and sponsor stands, as well as participating in Whitham’s Q&As and the Fast Bikes Question of Bikes quiz with Parrish on the Blackhorse Stage in the British Eurosport Entertainment Zone.

MCE BSB series director Stuart Higgs commented: “I’m delighted that the British Champions will form a major role in the opening of this year’s Motorcycle Live event at the NEC Birmingham. 2014 has been a sensational season of racing across all the classes that make up the MCE BSB Championship and for the champions to take centre stage at this most important event in the two wheel calendar is thoroughly deserved. “
