Dates for the 2018 British Superbike Championship have today been confirmed with the series once again taking place over 12 rounds with no major changes to the schedule.

The season gets underway with its traditional Easter Bank Holiday opener, again taking place at Donington Park, between 31st March and 2nd April before heading to the Brands Indy circuit two weeks later before the May Bank Holiday round at Oulton Park.

The series will then pause for a five-week break while many teams compete at the North West 200 and Isle of Man TT road races before resuming at Snetterton between 15th and 17th June.

Knockhill moves to the later date of 6th-8th July ahead of the first of two Brands Hatch GP rounds.

The super-fast Thruxton will again play host to the eighth round of the series before the 2018 Party in the Park at Cadwell Park, which again misses out on the Bank Holiday weekend to the British MotoGP.
