Honda boss eyes Andrea Dovizioso improvement

Honda has warned Andrea Dovizioso his performances must improve in 2010.
Aside from a brilliant wet weather victory at Donington Park, Dovizioso’s factory Honda debut campaign was largely disappointing and the Italian failed to claim another podium finish.

And he lost fifth place in the final world championship standings to Colin Edwards at the last race of the campaign in Valencia with a disappointing eighth position.

Honda boss Shuhei Nakamoto told MCN: “We need something more from him. I’m a little bit disappointed by his results. He has the talent but he’s not been able to use it.”
