Sepang MotoGP: Dani Pedrosa targets Honda improvement

Dani Pedrosa reckons Honda must solve a corner entry issue with its factory RC212V if he is to have any chance of consistently challenging Yamaha and Ducati for MotoGP wins.

The Spaniard, who is locked in a fight for third place in the MotoGP world championship with Ducati rival Casey Stoner, has highlighted one key area that HRC must work on in the winter to improve his title prospects in 2010.

The triple world champion, who has failed to make Honda a consistent winner in the 800cc four-stroke era, said: “I think it’s very technical to explain everything, but just we have some problems going into the corners with the rear grip.

“It’s difficult to control our bike going into the corners, but it’s many things. To explain it it’s not easy.”
