Sachsenring Moto3: Miller takes pole

Championshiop hopeful Jack Miller will star tomorrow’s Moto3 race from pole position after after making the most of the good conditions early in the session.

Miller set a best lap of 1’26.997 before the rain started to fall.

Miller will be joined on the front row by the Honda duo of Alexis Masbou and Alex Marquez.

The second row consists of Moto3 rookie Karel Hanika, Danny Kent onboard the Ajo Husqvarna and Mahindra rider Brad Binder.

Scot John McPhee will have his work cut out tomorrow after setting the 28th fastest time.
