Andrea Iannone has once again dislocated his left shoulder after a training accident in Italy. The Ducati rider tripped while running and used his arms to break his folder and the impact jarred his shoulder once again and left him nursing the injury. Iannone had an MRI scan in Vasto this morning and the shoulder was  put back into place and doctors have said that he has no further injury, with the possible exception of some tendon damage.

Iannone has ten days to get fit before the start of the Aragon Grand Prix and while 100% fitness is unlikely he’ll undergo rehabilition this week to get as much of his fitness back. A Ducati spokesman confirmed that Iannone will undergo surgery after the season ending Valencia Grand Prix.
