Lowes leads the way after FP1

Sam Lowes dominated FP1 at Aragon with the Speed UP rider setting the pace throughout the 45 minute session. Lowes, who this week confirmed his plans for next year, was able to lead the way by over one tenth of a second from Tito Rabat with Thomas Luthi enjoying a strong start to the weekend and finishing third fastest.

Championship leader Johann Zarco, who can wrap up the crown this weekend, was sixth fastest.
