KTM have launched a unique fan trip to see their new RC16 MotoGP bike in public action for the first time at this year’s newly-returned Austrian MotoGP round at the Red Bull Ring in August.

The new bike, developed by the orange factory for a debut in next season’s championship, will be ridden by test riders Alex Hoffman and Mika Kallio for the first time in public during a series of demonstration laps at the newly added track.

The package, packaged at £147.68 for British fans, includes three-day admission to the circuit, a grandstand seat in the 8000-seater KTM stand and a fans package of T-shirt, hat, lanyard, motorcycle parking and food voucher.

For more information or to purchase this limited Fan Package, contact your local KTM dealer or visit www.ktm.com. The Fan Package can be purchased through the KTM parts system, part number 3WGP1656104.

With the new RC16’s debut still over a year away, there has already been speculation about who will sit on it for its debut season.

And while a machine form a new manufacturer to the premiere class would normally not be a hugely attractive offer to a seasoned rider, the previous successes of KTM in Moto3 and 250GP mean that a number of top names have already been linked to the bike, including Dani Pedrosa through shared sponsor Red Bull.
