MotoGP: Silverstone commit to Sunday refunds

Silverstone have committed to refunding all fans who attended race day at last month’s cancelled British Grand Prix, telling spectators in a series of emails issued tonight [Friday] that they can expect their money back for Sunday tickets or a percentage of their weekend tickets. Exact details and percentages remain unclear, with further details set to be announced in the coming week.

The refunds also look set to include Sunday parking, with fans who bought single-day tickets being told that they would be refunded for their parking. However, fans who bought weekend tickets have not been informed yet of any parking refunds.

Purchasers of hospitality tickets for the event also remain to be told of what exactly their refunds will consist of.
