Roads: Harrison the Cock O'The North at Scarborough

1 of 1

Silicone Engineering Kawasaki rider Dean Harrison took a dominant series of victories in the Cock O’The North races this weekend at Scarborough’s Oliver’s Mount circuit, dominating the weekend with an incredible seven wins added to his tally across the two-day meeting.

The Bradford native was unstoppable despite the best efforts of Adam McLean and Daley Matheson, who were unable to do anything but look on as Harrison romped to victories and lap records, smashing Guy Martin’s 2013 record time from the parkland road race circuit by almost a second en route to lifting the main prize on Sunday afternoon.

On top of that, he also managed top honours in all three of the remaining superbike races as well as both supersport encounters, with Matheson and McLean left to pick up the remaining podium places behind Harrison.
