Coxhell: Brands wildcard

Australian British Superbike rider Craig Coxhell will make his World Superbike debut as a wildcard at Brands Hatch this weekend.

The 21-year-old from Melbourne races for the Vitrans team on a Honda Fireblade. He’s the reigning Australian Superbike champion, and will be inspired by the performance of compatriot Chris Vermuelen on the Ten Kate Honda.

“For the first time this year I’ll have actually raced at the track before, which helps, ” said Coxhell. “I’m aiming at a top 5 finish and this race will give me a good indication of where we are situated on the world scene.”
