Ten Kate exclusive

1 of 1

The Ten Kate team stayed at the Magny Cours track following the final round of the 2004 World Superbike championship to give their 2005 riders a chance to test, and we’ve got exclusive pictures from the session.

The 2004 World Supersport champion Karl Muggeridge was crowned at the penultimate round, and his move into World Superbikes on the Ten Kate FireBlade was assured before the final round. But Broc Parkes’ move to the Yamaha Germany team left two vacant spots on the supersport Honda CBR600RRs.

Katsuaki Fujiwara moves into the squad from the Suzuki WSS team, and will be joined by Sebastien Charpentier, who rode for Klaffi Honda in 2004. Charpentier finished the season in fourth in the championship with Fujiwara tenth.

The final member of the Ten Kate squad will be Chris Vermuelen, who stays with the team after a successful first WSB season, in which he finished third in the championship.
