Brands Facts: Brands Hatch has been in the World Superbike calendar since 1993. 24 races have been run. On seven occasions one WSB rider has done the double: Giancarlo Falappa in 1993, Carly Fogarty in 1994, Colin Edwards in 1999, Ben Bostrom in 2001, Edwards again in 2002, Shane Byrne in 2003 and Noriyuki Haga in 2004.

Edwards has scored more points than anyone else at Brands: 274 compared to Frankie Chili’s 242. Only Ducati (18 wins) and Honda (six) have won there.

Troy Corser is now only one win away from second place in the all time WSB wins, currently held by Colin Edwards (31 wins). Carl Fogarty is still very distant No1 with 59.
