Endurance qualifying

The Suzuki Castrol team is on provisional pole for the Assen 500, with Vincent Philippe posting a time of 1:42.718 – half a second ahead of the rest of the field.

Second quickest was the Alpha Technik Honda with Michael Schulten, third was Yamaha Austria’s Igor Jerman, and fourth the Kawasaki Bolliger team’s Patric Muff.

The British Phase One Yamaha team will start from fifth thanks to the 1:45.444 lap of Warwick Nowland, while Kawasaki Diablo 666 will start from ninth, with Marko Rohtlaan recording a 1:46.177.
