Corser takes Monza pole

1 of 1

Troy Corser set the fastest ever qualifying lap at Monza to take pole position for Sunday’s World Superbike race.

It looked like fellow Aussie Troy Bayliss was going to take pole with a sensational superpole lap but Corser came out and managed to set a time half a second faster than he had managed all weekend to take his second pole of the year.
