Sportsbikeshop Southampton to open its doors on Monday, 18th August

An important date for south coast bikers: on Monday, 18th August, Sportsbike Shop opens a brand new store in Southampton. This is their 11th location, meaning UK motorcyclists are never too far from one of the best-stocked bike kit retailers in the land.

The new store, located at Southampton Trade Park, Third Avenue, SO15 0AD will open its doors at 9am on Monday and will be all ready for customers to come in and spend some time, drink coffee, and talk to other bikers as they browse the huge range of motorcycle clothing, helmets, and accessories.

Like all Sportsbike Shop locations, Southampton will offer their popular ‘Try On or Buy’ service. This allows customers to browse the full range online and have most in-stock items delivered to the store to try on before committing to a purchase.

This service is free of charge and available seven days a week and there are over 200,000 items from more than 250 top brands in their Boston warehouse to choose from.

“We’re excited to open our new Southampton store, our first on the South Coast and our eleventh in the UK”, says Sportsbike Shop Managing Director, Chris ‘Bernie’ Winters. 

“It’s a plan we’ve been working on for nearly 10 years”, he continued. “The store brings the best of our award-winning website to a local setting, including our unique ‘Try On or Buy’ reservation service, which remains a firm customer favourite.”

The new Southampton store joins existing locations in Bristol, Reading, Milton Keynes, Leeds, Harlow, Birmingham, Preston, Glasgow, Norwich, and Boston, where the SBS central warehouse is based.
