Chinese firm CFMoto have reinvented their range of 300cc singles with three new models.

The new 300 CL-X will be joined by a revamped 300NK naked roadster and a high-spec 300SR-R sports model. Details of all three machines have emerged in Chinese type-approval documents.

The underpinnings are shared with the 300SR which was launched earlier this year. The new range uses the SR’s 292cc single, which makes 28bhp at 8750rpm and 18.7lb.ft of torque at 7250rpm.

The 300 CL-X gets the circular headlight and tank design from the company’s 700 CL-X and the bars are wide and high.

The 300NK takes its styling cues from the 1000cc, V.02-NK concept bike which CFMoto showed back in 2017. It carries over the existing model’s headlight and tail unit but adds a new tank and sidepanels, plus the wheels from the 300SR.

The super-sporty 300 SR-R, gets a single-sided swingarm and a pair of winglets.

When the new models hit the UK early next year, we’d expect both the NK and CL-X to cost less than £4000, while the SR-R is likely to be around £4500, compared to the existing SR’s £3899 tag.
