BMW will be showing off three new-for 2010 models at Excel including the new R1200GS and Adventure version along with the new R1200RT tourer.

The new BMW S1000RR will be there in all four of its colourschemes which includes a BMW Motorsport painted bike with a stunning array of HP tuning parts including carbon fibre body panels.

New R1200GS and R1200GS Adventure
The BMW R1200GS celebrates 30 years of production in 2010 and the latest version of the bike that has come to define the adventure bike will be on show in both GS and GS Adventure specs.

The 2010 GS models get a new, more powerful twin-cam 1170cc motor that puts out 110bhp – a 5bhp up on the outgoing model and 15% more torque at 2500rpm.

LOOK OUT FOR… New engine on the GS has a different head cover with two not four bolts.

New BMW R1200RT
The BMW R1200RT tourer gets the same twin-cam engine as the adventure bike GS with an identical amount of extra power and torque.

The bike has a number of other modifications including a new cockpit, slightly changed fairing, taller screen and the Electronic Suspension Adjustment II (ESA) system as seen on the K1300 model range.

LOOK OUT FOR… The thumb-operated roller wheel which controls the media system running the radio and stereo system that also hooks up with an iPod.

New BMW S1000RR
The S1000RR made a real impact on MCN’s experienced Chief Road Tester Trevor Franklin when it was launched before Christmas.

We reckon it’s the new class leader in the 1000cc class on the road with a combination of huge power, great handling and advanced electronics making it a brilliant road bike.

LOOK OUT FOR… The carbon parts on the BMW Motorsport coloured bike are all available to buy as add-on parts at BMW dealers.
