Evel Knievel is trying to settle his law suit with rapper Kanye West out of court.
The 68-year-old daredevil sued West last year for the rapper’s use of a Knievel-style costume and the name Evel Kanyevel in his “Touch the Sky” video, claiming it infringed his trademarked name and likeness, and that the video’s “vulgar and offensive” images damaged his reputation
