Bernie Ecclestone warns Michael Schumacher to be careful riding motorcycles

The boss of Formula 1 Bernie Ecclestone says he can’t understand Michael Schumacher’s new-found obsession with motorcycle racing, telling the general press that he worries Schumacher might injure himself on a motorcycle.
Ecclestone said he was surprised by Schumacher’s interest in motorcycle racing due to the risks of injury, which flew in the ace of the racer’s obsession with safety while competing in Formula 1.
MCN reported last week that Schumacher has combined his motorcycle racing hobby with a research and development role with helmet manufacturer Schuberth.
The racer has already competed in a number of races and tests during 2008, and even suffered his first accident during April.
