Driver banned after driving at 10mph, in a 50& 60mph area. His eyesight was so bad he could only read a number plate from 3 meters away:

This just reinforces..
my view that everybody should have their driving skills reviewed when they reach 70. In fact, I would go even further and review everybody every 5 Years. There should be a nominal charge (not a stealth tax) for this, and all money raised should go towards helping road accident victims financially to cope with their loss/injuries inflicted upon them by fools like this man. I am no at all surprised that he has never been in court before. He has probably never had an accident, but sure as hell left a few in his wake.

and what about the nigerians doing 40mph in a 60 mph speed limit in the middle lane ,theyre just as dangerous as well
