Brno MotoGP: Alvaro Bautista left wheelie embarrassed

This is new Suzuki MotoGP recruit Alvaro Bautista’s most embarrassing moment after he spectacularly looped a celebration wheelie in Brno.

The Spaniard had just clinched third place behind Marco Simoncelli and Mattia Pasini when he made this post race gaffe on his Aspar Aprilia.

“I wanted to do a wheelie and ended up doing a back flip,“ said Bautista.

Wheelie blunders are not a new sight in Brno.

Max Biaggi nearly spectacularly looped a wheelie as he crossed the line to win the 1998 Czech Republic on the Marlboro Honda NSR500.
