Furygan's new airbag vests use MotoGP tech and are claimed to be the 'most protective on the market'

French motorcycle kit brand, Furygan, are releasing two new airbag vests to the market. The Fury Airbag Evo and Fury Airbag Evolution+ have been produced in partnership with In&Motion to create what they have described as ‘the next generation of intelligent protection’. These new models are claimed to be lighter, better ventilated, more ergonomic and more resistant than previous variations.

Furygan say the new vests are ‘the most protective airbag solution on the market’, inflating in less than 0.06 seconds after the electronic fall detection kicks in.

The vest protects the rider’s neck, thorax, spine and abdomen, to help reduce the risk of injury along with the D3O back protection (level 1 in the Evo and level 2 in the Evolution+) to help give the wearer peace of mind.

Made entirely from mesh fabrics, the vests are lighter and more ventilated than previous models in the Furygan range. Combined with the newly designed fit Furygan promises that these vest will deliver unrivalled comfort.

Road, track and adventure detection modes allow the rider to choose the best setting for their riding and these can be adjusted using the mobile app. The vests can be activated and reset on five occasions before needing to be checked by the manufacturer.
